At Six Dots, any of our pieces can be customised to suit your specific needs and space. This page outlines our process and policy.

- To make a customer order, please fill out the form below with the product name you would like to customise and the dimensions you would like them customised to.

- We will get back to you within two business days with a quote

- If you would like to go ahead with the order we will send you an invoice for the piece.

- As soon as the invoice is paid we will book the piece into our workshop for manufacture. This will take 4-6 weeks unless otherwise stated.

- Custom orders are not subject to our returns policy. If you are unhappy with your custom piece please notify us as soon as possible. We will either: offer a repair or amendment or offer an alternative piece of similar value. Six Dots will only cover the cost of return shipment in the event that the piece is mutually deemed not fit for purpose.
